What these terms cover

These terms apply to the Wundernom beta, offered by [operator's name], [address]. Wundernom plans a household's week of meals, with recipes and a shopping list.

How the agreement is made

The agreement is made when you accept these terms at sign-up [confirm].

The current version is always on this page, to save or print. Whether the operator stores the version you accepted, and whether you can open it later: [statement].

The terms exist in German and English. The German version is the binding one.

Who can join

The beta is open to people aged 18 or over who live in Germany. It opens in small groups, and each household that gets a place is invited by email. No one has a right to a place.

Free

The beta is free. It never turns into a paid plan on its own: you pay only once you explicitly agree to an offer after the beta.

Still being built

During the beta, features may change, be missing or stop working for a while. The operator changes features only for a good reason, for example to develop the beta further. No particular availability is promised.

AI and notes

Wundernom drafts weekly plans with AI, from real recipes with a source. Nothing counts until you approve the week.

The notes for children and on allergens are guidance, not medical or nutrition advice. You decide what gets served. With allergies, check the ingredients yourself, on the packaging too.

Your data

Your account and household details sit in a database in [region]. For emails and the AI, Wundernom uses providers in the US; more in the privacy policy.

You can stop at any time: write to [email address], and Wundernom deletes your account and your details. If you like, you get your data as a file first.

Test kitchen

In the test kitchen, households earn free months for regularly saying how the meals went. These are the rules:

• You earn one free month for every beta month [calendar month or month from the invitation] in which your household does all three: approves at least 3 weeks, answers at least 60% of the rating questions it was shown and gives at least one detailed answer, for example a note on a dish.
• When Wundernom puts something you sent into practice, you get one more month.
• In total, you can earn up to 6 months.
• A “no” counts the same as a “loved it”. What counts is that you answer, not how.
• Free months push your first paid month back. They do not change the price for families from the beta.
• Free months have no cash value. They are not paid out and cannot be passed on.
• Anyone who makes up ratings, sends them automatically or uses several accounts to earn months is excluded from the test kitchen. Months earned that way lapse.
• Ratings are never published.
• The operator can end the test kitchen for future months. Months already earned stay.

Liability

The operator is liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for harm to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act.

End of the beta

The operator can end the beta with [period] notice, and at once in case of misuse.

Changes

If these terms change, you hear about it by email [period] beforehand. If you do not agree, you can stop at any time.
